Nine ladies met for book club this month to discuss The Good Sister by Jess Ryder. There was lots of lively debate as usual and a great social evening.
We scored this book 5 out of 10. A quick, easy read but probably one to be avoided! We thought the author missed a good opportunity to wow us.
The next book will be This House Is Haunted by John Boyne. The meeting date is Tuesday 7th November and we're trying out the Angel Hotel at 7.30pm.
Our December meeting will be a mini book quiz and meal on 7th December venue to be confirmed. All Pewsham Belles welcome to join us for this, you don't need to be a book club regular.
