This month the lovely ladies of Book Club got together to discuss The Secret Wife by Gill Paul. Another good read: it's interesting to read a fictional account of a well known historical event, not to mention a quick burst of Boney M! (You'll know why if you read it!). We scored the book 7.5 out of 10. We also discussed some potential book club field trips. The possibilities include visits to Waterstones in Chippenham, plus Toppings, and Mr Bs in Bath. Then there's the film of one of our favourite books so far, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Pie Society, due out on April 20th. Keep an eye on our Facebook Group for these 'pop up' events and more!
