Our August book was The Tenderness of Wolves by Stef Penney. It was a little odd reading about such a cold and snowy environment during a heatwave.
The book prompted lots of interesting discussion, and there were lots of characters remember. Some readers found the book a bit slow going whilst other really enjoyed the authors characterisations and detailed descriptions, really bringing the book to life.
