As well as making macrame leaves at last Thursday's meeting, we also collected items for Doorway - most timely in view of their being flooded out earlier in the week. Ann is hanging onto the pictured items until Doorway are in a better shape to receive them. We also voted to donate the evening's raffle and refreshment takings to add to their appeal for much needed post flooding funds. Keep an eye out for any appeals for help of a more practical nature in the coming weeks.
As you can see, the Happy Hookers have been busy making some hats and scarves for the winter, plus there's a significant number of dental health items in view of this year's WI Resolution, Dental Health Matters.
