For our May meeting we had a fascinating talk from Sam the Herbalist. She is a very engaging and knowledgeable speaker she also brought along a basket of herbs and explained their uses.
Sam qualified in 1999 and practises a holistic approach to health. Her educational talk included some of the herbs commonly found in our gardens or hedgerows and their medicinal uses.
As well as consulting and talks she also does foraging walks. Her details can be found in the picture below.
