The end of Lockdown 2.0 saw the Walkie Talkies taking the opportunity to walk around Castle Combe. It may have been muddy underfoot at times, but the glorious sunshine and views more than made up for it, as did the coffee and cake at the end of the walk! NB many of Castle Combe's places operate winter opening hours, so it's worth checking what's available before your visit.
Another enterprising Belle walked to the village from Chippenham and then caught the bus back recently. This is a grand option for a longer walk. Again, check bus times as they are fairly limited.
