Thanks to all the Belles (Carolyn, Debbie, Michelle, Sue T, Susan C, Wendy and Jenny W) who came to Fringe February on Saturday. In the morning we had plenty of time for coffee and chat before visiting Queen Mary I on her Pop Up Pedestal (used previously by Florence Nightingale) and as well as a little history we discovered her purse contained chocolate!
Fiona P and Michelle also laughed themselves silly at Instant Wit in the evening.
Plans are already afoot for another Pop Up Pedestal project in Chippenham for 2024.
The next Our Town will be on March 4th, where we'll try the new ArDe cafe on New Road prior to visiting the Rooted in Chippenham event at the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre.
