It was a beautiful evening at Caroline's for the Crafty Crew last night where she introduced us to the delights of glass painting.
This proved to be a relaxing craft and one which is suited to both beginner and experienced crafters. We all started with an outline design to stick on the glass to give a stained glass effect, we then choose our colours and painted away! Caroline showed us some beautiful examples of designs she's made for hanging ornaments and cards. A craft with definite possibilities for future sessions. Anyone interested in glass painting may find this website a useful starting point. Crafty Crew's July meeting is on the 16th, where we'll meet at Gill's for a jewellery making session using the intriguing sounding memory wire.
