Our latest community project was to make some 'Roses for Rosie' ready for Springboard's fundraiser at Castle Combe on Sunday (10th June). Rosie is fondly remembered by everyone at Springboard and as she always wore flowers in her hair, handmade roses are a fitting tribute to her. You may remember the Crafty Crew made some felt roses for them a couple of months ago. As you can see from the photo they've been joined by knitted ones using Springboard's suggested pattern, plus some pretty crocheted ones. They've all been made into brooches for sale on Sunday. Springboard are highly delighted with our efforts and we wish you every success for Sunday. They say a huge 'Thank you' to all Pewsham Belles members who contributed.
