This week saw team Pewsham Belles Wicked Institute, take part in a quiz night at Pewsham Community Centre to raise funds for Springboard Chippenham. We came SECOND!! We demonstrated especially good knowledge of car make badges... and postcodes! As befits a WI outing we created a fantastic spread of nibbles to help nourish all our leetle grey cells, plus some creative witchery was used to bring forth those especially valuable nuggets of general knowledge from the backs of our minds.
We also came first in the fancy dress competition…..we won’t talk about the fact we were the only team in fancy dress!
Over £1,000 was raised for Springboard which is a fantastic result.
